About Truffleman

Truffleman is a Colorado business since 2007. We pride ourselves on using fresh, local ingredients to make one of a kind artisan candies by hand. Our candies contain no preservatives, and must be refrigerated, up to two weeks, though most don’t last that long. We try not to use any crazy ingredients. We believe simple is better. That is why our candies only contain cream, honey, chocolate, and all natural organic flavorings. Our caramels also contain some corn syrup and butter.

The only local ingredient we don’t use is our chocolate, which we are very particular about. We believe American chocolate tastes best, and have chosen what we believe is one of the finest: E. Guittard Couverture, a blend of chocolate containing a high amount of cocoa butter for the smoothest taste. This isn’t your ordinary chocolate!

Currently our candies are sold exculisecvely on the internet (www.TrufflemanCandy.com) to keep our costs low. That hasn’t stopped Truffleman from shipping all over the US, and some Truffleman has travelled as far as Sweden! We have also provided favors for several weddings. We hope you see today why Truffleman is special to us and why we want Truffleman to be special to all.
