Trufflebaby is born! Orders on Hold.

Mr. and Mrs. Truffleman welcomed Trufflebaby into the world on August 14, 2009. She is beautiful, and adapting to the world quite nicely. She requires a lot of care, and as such, since Truffleman Candy was a weekend job, there is unfortunately no time right now to complete orders. We've had many, many inquiries for orders as of late, which we very much appreciate and are sad to have to turn down.

We've removed all our shipping dates off the calendar for now, so you can still browse the site and even put things in the cart to see how much orders cost. There is no checkout available though since a shipping date can't be selected.

Truffleman will still consider special event ordering in the meantime, and we have recently completed a beautiful wedding order! Bulk candy is the only product we can produce at the moment, and even then, all orders will require deposits. Please email us at info@trufflemancandy.com if you would like a quote on a special event!

When Trufflebaby grows a little older, we do plan on offering our products again! We already miss producing high quality, local ingredient products for very happy customers. It's with a heavy heart we have to halt production for the moment, but know that we will be back soon!! Thanks to all our wonderful customers for the great support they've shown us in getting Truffleman off the ground!

New Product Alert!

We are pleased to announce two new members to our product line for 2009:

Caramel Apple Caramel - Remember the county fair when you were growing up? They had those huge Granny Smith apples wrapped in rich, thick caramel. We've reproduced that sensation, and taken it a step further. We've created a caramel that tastes like that caramel apple, and wrapped it in decadent milk chocolate for the ultimate taste.

Dark Chocolate Raspberry Caramel - Mrs. Truffleman's favorite flavor is raspberry, and she adores caramel, so we decided to throw those two flavors together and see what happened. It was like an explosion of fruity caramel flavor went off in our mouths! We couldn't keep this one a secret for long. We've taken it and wrapped it in our famous dark chocolate for a perfect bite.
